Mr. Gboyega Banjo - CEO
Mr. Gboyega Banjo returns to the position he had held in the organisation from 2001 to 2006. He is a foundation member of MUSON and had also previously served the organisation in non-executive capacity, for eight years, as Chairman of its School of Music and a Member of its Board of Governors.
Mr. Banjo was previously, at various times, Executive Director, Spectrum Books Ltd, Ibadan; Director, Library and Documentation Services, Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA); Research Librarian, University of Lagos and Deputy Director of Exhibitions at the Festac International Secretariat, Lagos.
He attended Igbobi College, Yaba and Ibadan Grammar School and has B.A degree in History and Politics, from the University of Reading, U.K. A master of Social Science degree in West African Studies/Political Sciences, from the University of Birmingham, U.K He is married with three children.
Mr Banjos is a Fellow of the Nigerian Library Association (FNLA) and a Life Member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA).
